KIOKU at Noguchi Museum, 6/10, 3pm

KIOKU will be kicking off the “Music in the Garden” series at the Noguchi Museum in Astoria. We’ll be debuting our new site-specific piece for the museum, along with Pinari, Yatai Bayashi, Miyake, and others.

The sculptures, of course, are amazing and the museum itself has a stunning mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. It’s a bit challenging to get there, but directions are here and remember the shuttle bus from Asia Society to the Noguchi Museum that runs on Sundays.

Update: Thanks to David Divincenzo and everyone at the Noguchi Museum for a really fun afternoon! The weather was perfect and we had a great audience, with people from the New York Buddhist Church and a bunch of friends. Here are some photos by Linda:
